Hi guys! I am sorry things have been a bit quiet over here lately, but I haven’t been quite well (nothing serious, I assure, just a bit of a bug or a virus, and a hard working, tired mom/entreprenour, that’s all) and…well, it’s been Christmas! Yeay! My favorite holiday! I hope you all had/are having a great holiday. Mine has been quiet and comfortable, and I have eaten good things and knitted soft stuff and…yes. I will get back to you on those things in a separate blog post. Because today I am just popping in real quick to let you know that there has been a small shop update tonight, the last one of 2018. I hope you will like it.
First off, there is a new pattern in the shop. It is the long awaited ‘Chunky slouchy hat‘-pattern, finally out now – yeay! This has been my personal favorite since winter hit us here in Scandinavia, and I will be using it for sure for the rest of the winter. It is SO cozy! It is also lighter than you might think, sits really well even though it has a lot of slouch, and it will keep your head warm for sure. I love this pattern. It is also quite beginnerfriendly.
The next thing new in the shop are more faux fur pompoms. I finally have the large faux fur pompoms in stock, and they all have push buttons, so that you can remove the pompom should you need to put your hat in the washer.
And last but not least – the Dala horse project bags have gotten a big brother: The Dala horse tote! This is a big tote, lined with a lighter fabric with red Dala horses on the inside (same as the project bags), and it will fit a sweater quantity of yarns and still have room to spare for a sockproject or two. This is the perfect tote to bring to EYF or Rhinebeck, ya’ll…just sayin’. 😉
That’s all for now, but I will be back soon with a bit of a recap of 2018, and all the makes and stuff. And next week, after new years, I will be back in the dye studio again. I can’t wait! Until then, be well and have a nice weekend and a happy new year. 🙂
